Hanshi Barry Moyer is a friend of Hanshi Dan Tosh and was a friend of the late Hanshi Sid Campbell for many years.  Hanshi Moyer is another pioneer of Shorin-Ryu karate that formed his own association over 40 years ago in order to avoid the politics found in larger associations throughout the world.  The IMRKF is built and based upon the concepts of Simplicity, Honor, and Excellence, leaving no room for any political agenda.  Hanshi Barry Moyer is also a WOSKKA executive board member.
